Accushield conveniently allows you to require FLEX Network worker(s) (agency staff) to acknowledge that they are fully vaccinated in order to accept shifts at your facility. To review or edit the Covid-19 Vaccine Requirement follow the steps outlined below.
Covid-19 Vaccine Requirement
1. Begin by navigating to the Settings tab
2. Then click on the Facilities sub-section
3. Click on the Facility(ies) that you wish to review the vaccination requirements for.
4. Click on Shift Distribution to view that facilities covid-19 vaccination requirements.
i. you may change your facilities vaccination requirement to optional at any time.
Note: the Covid-19 vaccine requirement will automatically be set to Mandatory.
5. Click Save to save the changes you made.
